Due to the handmade nature of our candle line / interior aromatics as well as the digital and downloadable nature of digital images, we unfortunately cannot offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Visual art (framed and/or unframed) cannot be returned after 14 days from receiving your item/s. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@bellamusing.com.

In the unlikely event of your item/s being damaged or faulty, we welcome the opportunity to make it right.

Simply drop us an email at hello@bellamusing.com telling us what happened. Kindly do so within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damage in your email. For your item/s to be eligible for a return on your purchase, the damage or missing parts must be for reasons due to our error. The item/s must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will review the issue and contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund, provided the issue has been raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s back to us. Please ensure that you return the item/s using a tracking service, as we cannot be held responsible if the returned item/s gets lost. Please ensure the returned item/s are shipped in their original packaging to secure it and prevent any damages in transit. We will notify you via email once the item/s have been delivered to us and the necessary inspection has been carried out, and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several days to appear in your bank account.

Prior shipping, please ensure that you have populated the correct address for delivery. Bella Musing assumes no responsibility for package/s deemed undeliverable nor for the shipping surcharges and/or fees attached to the package being undelivered, returned, misplaced and/or damaged as a result.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on any products purchased, so we do encourage you to choose wisely before finalising your purchase.

We are unable to accept returns on gifted products and/or gift cards.

Please be sure to follow the Candle Care guidelines for proper, safe and responsible usage. Bella Musing assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.
